OL Reign welcomes Angel City into town as well as their new signing, Jordyn Huitema from PSG. The match itself had one goal in favor of OL Reign. That goal came from Bethany Balcer in the 31st minute. She was at the right place at the right time as the ball ricocheted off of Angel City’s DiDi Haračić. The OL Reign had opportunities beforehand to get a goal in, but they kept falling short. Megan Rapinoe was trying to get things started in the 13th minute, but her shot on goal came just wide. Alana Cook also had an opportunity in the 16th minute, but her shot came directly to DiDi and had very little power over it. Another missed opportunity for OL Reign came in the 22nd minute when Veronica Latsko tried to chip it in as she had no defenders surrounding her.
