USWNT x Jamaica

Carli Lloyd converted 24 seconds into the game, as the US women's national team defeated Jamaica 4-0 in the Summer Series. The US women have won 41 consecutive matches, which is the third-longest streak in team history. In 55 games on American soil, the club is unbeaten. Since Alex Morgan scored after 12 seconds against Costa Rica in 2016, Lloyd's goal was the quickest for the Americans. Lloyd also became the oldest woman to score a goal for the national team, aged 38 years. Lloyd made her 303rd appearance for the team.

Vlatko Andonovski made six changes from the 1-0 victory over Portugal in the Summer Series opener on Thursday. Adrianna Franch took over in goal for Andonovski, who rested Alyssa Naeher. Catarina Macario, a midfielder who played at Stanford before signing with Lyon, made her fourth appearance for the national team as well. In the seventh minute, Lindsey Horan scored a penalty. Midge Purce scored her second international goal in the 22nd minute to make it 3-0. Alex  Morgan scored a goal in stoppage time. Alex's 110th goal for the US was the icing on the cake for the women.

On Wednesday night, the United States will travel to Austin to face Nigeria at the new Q2 Stadium. In the earlier game on Sunday, the Super Falcons tied 3-3 with Portugal at BBVA Stadium.
