These two teams battled it out in Seattle in a game that was Adrianna Franch's 100th regular-season game. Franch's first major save of the match came in the 22nd minute in which she would come charging on the break to the top of the box to save the ball before Tziarra King even had the opportunity to finish it. Adrianna would continue to be tested up until the 80th minute when Bethany Balcer scored on a header that put the Reign up 1-0. This was the only goal of the game and OL Reign came away with all three points continuing their strong streak of controlling the majority of their matches so far this season.
