New home no problem for Vancouver. The Whitecaps continue to lead the Canadian field with their win over Canadian rivals CF Montréal this past weekend. Rio Tinto seems to be giving this squad life as they have now won yet another game landing them solidly in fourth place in the west while also taking the highest place amongst all of the other current Canadian teams. Time will tell if Da Jome can continue to take the Whitecaps on their winning ways for the remainder of the season or if this good form is only an early spark that may fizzle over time. One thing is for certain, it’s a good time to be a Whitecaps fan even if it’s from far away off the pitch.
